I love this photo, it's of Charlie and my nephew Declan.
It was taken in a busy shopping centre which made the background very distracting, so I just scrubbed it out with an emery board :)
You can't see it very well but the strip next to the alpha tape is twisted tissue paper.
The circle embellishments are badges.
The letters are Thickers.
The papers are Cosmo Cricket...

Love this layout.. and would never have thought to just scrub the background.. it's given a great effect. Good Luck with the challenge.
